  1. A clearer travel sales workflow. Fictional inquiries, owners, follow-ups and quote planning.
  2. Review the sample agency inquiry and its requirements before planning a quotation.
  3. Ravi owns the Example Tours inquiry. The next action stays visible.
  4. Update the sample stage to Proposal and review its activity history.
  5. Review a fictional travel quotation. Its sample values are not a software price or a live booking.
  6. Discuss your agency workflow. Project scope and USD, GBP or INR quotations are agreed in writing.

This is a planning demonstration, not a completed customer CRM case study. Your written proposal confirms modules, supplier approvals, migration, security requirements, charges, acceptance and handover.

Plan your United States project with clear terms.

USD project quotations

Choose USD as your quotation preference. There is no automatic exchange-rate conversion or fixed software price. Separate initial build costs, migration, provider subscriptions and ongoing support in your proposal.

Meetings in your time zone

Choose Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific or another US time zone for each meeting. Date-specific daylight-saving rules apply. Published availability determines which meetings can be reserved; an inquiry alone does not confirm a slot.

Scope and handover

Agree the quote currency, payment milestones and any applicable taxes or provider charges before work begins. Delivery is coordinated from Gurugram, India.

Agree the review scope, any fees and timing before work begins. Inspect the proposed deliverables and a fictional sample. This is an inquiry, not a completed assessment, confirmed meeting or fixed-price quote.

Quotes can be agreed in USD, GBP or INR. Your proposal confirms scope, exclusions, milestones, price, currency, ownership, acceptance and support. Changing a currency label does not convert an amount.

What determines the project quote?

Workflows, user roles, integrations, data migration, reporting and acceptance checks determine the scope. Separate development milestones from hosting, provider subscriptions, maintenance and other recurring costs. A budget entered in the form is a planning input, not a fixed price.

Review the sample proposal · Plan travel payment workflows

Questions before you start.

How do we start, and what happens after the inquiry?

Choose a service and describe one customer or staff workflow. The team reviews your request and contacts you to clarify scope and arrange a conversation. A saved inquiry reference confirms receipt; it does not confirm a meeting or a project commitment.

Can we request a USD quotation?

Yes. BANDEVI supports USD, GBP and INR quotations and invoicing. The form starts with USD as your preference. Your written proposal confirms the currency, amount, payment milestones, applicable taxes and separately listed third-party costs.

How long will the project take?

Timing depends on the agreed scope, integrations, content, access and review decisions. Share your target launch window; the team assesses feasibility before proposing milestones. A date entered in the form is a planning request, not a confirmed delivery date.

Who owns the source code, data and accounts?

Agree source-code and data rights, third-party licences, domain and hosting ownership, exports and administrator access in the written proposal. Identify the documentation, training and account-transfer steps included in handover before work begins.

What support is included after launch?

Confirm the support period, hours, contact, response expectations and maintenance charges in the proposal. Separate defect fixes from new features, and identify who manages hosting, provider subscriptions and renewals.

How will our US team work with BANDEVI remotely?

The delivery team is in Gurugram, India. Office and consultation hours are Monday–Saturday, 10:30 am–7:30 pm IST (UTC+05:30); Sunday closed. Include your city and time zone when arranging reviews. Specific meeting times and support coverage are agreed with the team; this page describes remote service coverage.

Inspect the work behind the conversation.

Try our internal Travel ERP handover walkthrough. Review a fictional booking, separate customer and supplier balances, and reopen a pending operations task. It is a browser prototype, not a customer case study or a live payment integration. US starts selected in the example; its inquiry link returns to this market.

Prepare a detailed project brief or review company record status before agreeing your proposal.

Prepare your travel software requirements

Use a three-page, 30-question checklist to agree your first release before comparing proposals. It covers bookings and suppliers, payment records, user access, reporting, UK/US rollout and handover.

Mark each item ready, needs discussion or not applicable. Add an owner and open dependencies. Use fictional or anonymised examples when discussing existing data.

Planning guidance, not a fixed package or compliance certification. Integrations, scope, cost and delivery dates are agreed in writing. Downloading or completing the checklist does not send an inquiry.
