Review the deliverables, migration checks and provider dependencies for a CRM first release. Start with one workflow your team can inspect.

What your workflow review can produce.

Bring one sales workflow, your current tools and the problem to solve first. Agree the review scope, any fees, meeting availability and delivery timing with the team before work starts.

  1. Workflow assessment. Document the current steps, responsible roles, handover gaps and decisions that need confirmation.
  2. Proposed first release. Name the records, permissions, next actions, reports, exclusions and acceptance checks to review.
  3. Integration and migration checklist. Record source fields, provider access, unresolved dependencies and the next approval owner.

The downloads are fictional examples of the proposed deliverable format. They are not an assessment of your business, a completed customer engagement or a fixed-price quote.

Move records with a clear acceptance plan.

  1. Inventory and permission. Identify source systems, export rights, record types and the responsible data owner. Start with anonymised examples.
  2. Map and clean. Agree identifiers, dates and time zones, owner mapping, required fields and duplicate rules. Keep each original currency; conversion needs separate rules.
  3. Run a sample import. Validate a limited sample in an isolated environment. Reconcile source counts, accepted rows, rejects and linked records.
  4. Test access and recovery. Check role restrictions, exports, backups and rollback on the agreed test data before approving cutover.
  5. Approve cutover and handover. Agree the freeze window, final export, acceptance owner, exception list, training and retention/deletion responsibilities. Reconcile the final import before sign-off.

These are planning and acceptance checks. A migration is included only when the source, volume, mapping and responsibilities are agreed in your proposal.

Check the dependency before promising the connection.

Every connection below requires scoping. This guide does not claim an active integration or access to your systems.
