Bring confirmed bookings, service tasks, supplier confirmations and financial status into a coordinated back office workflow. BANDEVI can plan Travel ERP development around the way your operations and finance teams work.
Self-guided internal prototype with fictional records. Review booking operations and finance handover; no login or connected system required.
Consider Travel ERP when confirmed trips are managed across messages and spreadsheets, supplier obligations are difficult to track, or sales-to-operations handover creates repeated work. Define the process first, then choose the modules.
Compare Travel CRM and Travel ERP before deciding what to build first.
Bring one anonymised booking, the supplier obligation and the tools your team currently uses. We can scope the records, review roles and exception queue needed to track the next action. The proposal must confirm which system owns each status and what evidence is needed before it changes.
Start with the gap in your current workflow. An existing product, a focused integration or custom development may be the right approach.
If a product already covers your booking records, approval roles and reports, review that option first. Check its licences, exports, integrations and support with the vendor before committing to a replacement.
If your booking, payment and accounting tools work well separately, an integration may address the handover gap. Confirm API or export access, record matching and exception handling, and which system owns each record.
If your required approval rules, data relationships or handover checks cannot be covered by the other options, discuss a phased build. Agree user roles, dependencies, acceptance tests and ongoing ownership before choosing the scope.
Discovery scope, included deliverables, fees and milestones are agreed in writing. Custom development is not automatically quicker or cheaper than existing software. Provider access and any payment-processing integration require separate confirmation.
| Situation | Record and review role to agree | First-release acceptance evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Supplier balance is approaching its due date | Booking reference, supplier obligation, amount, currency, due date and named reviewer | A sample due item appears once in the correct review queue and retains its source reference. |
| Approval is incomplete | Approval owner, required evidence and pending-review state | A user without the agreed role cannot clear the review; an unresolved approval remains visible. |
| An update is repeated or cannot be matched | Source event/reference, duplicate rule, failure reason and exception owner | Replaying the same sample update creates no duplicate task; an unmatched record stays open for review. |
| A payment is reported by another system | External reference, reported status, reporting source and reconciliation evidence | A sample reported payment remains distinct from confirmed settlement; missing evidence cannot be treated as reconciliation complete. |
This is a proposed development scope, subject to discovery and written acceptance. Bank payment execution, provider access, accounting treatment and any integration are separate matters to confirm. BANDEVI’s public walkthrough is a fictional browser prototype; it does not establish that these controls or integrations are deployed for a customer.
Try the fictional ledger and handover walkthrough or review the payment-workflow planning guide. The browser prototype does not process payments or connect to your provider.
Share the task taking the most effort, your existing tools, review roles and first-release priorities. Use anonymised examples. Delivery is remote from Gurugram, India; quotations are available in USD, GBP and INR.
Choose the focused demo to review payment records and approvals, or a regional enquiry to discuss custom requirements. You can review your brief before sending it.
Internally built browser demonstration with fictional records. Review supplier confirmations, separate customer and supplier balances, and the checks before an internal handover. This is a prototype for discussing requirements, not a customer case study or a connected ERP.
USD is used for this fictional scenario. Changing the market relabels the example amounts; it does not convert currencies.
Fictional record ERP-DEMO-01 has an agreed customer amount of USD 6,000. Operations must still review accommodation, transfers, financial exceptions and documents.
Acceptance check: the booking file retains the quotation reference, agreed services and named review owners. A quotation acceptance does not establish supplier confirmation.
Simulate the two confirmations below, then revisit Handover. An unchecked item stays in the open-items list.
Acceptance check: one supplier confirmation must not clear a different supplier’s unresolved item.
All amounts are fixed fictional examples. They do not verify bank settlement, establish margin or determine accounting treatment.
Completing all four checks means ready for internal handover review in this example. It does not authorise travel, clear a balance or approve a real booking.
Four checks pending. Start with the accepted quotation.
Controls use fixed sample data and page memory. Reload resets the checks. No enquiry, booking, payment or supplier request is sent by the controls.

A browser interface with independent review checks, an open-items summary, sample ledger labels, reset and regional enquiry links. It has no connected database, user permissions, supplier API or payment integration.
Inspect the implemented scope, fictional arithmetic, reopen/reset tests and the responsibilities to agree before commissioning a production system.
Download internal implementation notesFor the earlier sales stage, follow a fictional enquiry through quotation and booking handover in the sales-to-booking CRM example. Use the ERP walkthrough above to review supplier readiness, separate customer and supplier balances, and internal handover checks.
Both are internal examples with fictional records, not customer results or connected systems. No login, real booking or payment is involved. You can discuss your project without completing either example.
These are scope options. Use the example checks to agree what successful delivery means for your team.
| Area | Discuss in scope | Example check |
|---|---|---|
| Booking files | Booking reference, passengers, itinerary, services, assigned owners and delivery status. | A confirmed booking shows required tasks, due dates and unresolved service items. |
| Supplier coordination | Requested services, confirmations, agreed costs and outstanding supplier actions. | A booking cannot be treated as fully confirmed while required supplier responses remain open. |
| Receivables and payables | Customer balances, supplier obligations and invoice or payment status in scope. | Partial payments and outstanding amounts stay visible; status is reconciled with the source records. |
| Approvals and exceptions | Named approval roles for discounts, booking changes, refunds and other exceptions. | A change requiring approval records who requested and approved it. |
| Documents and access | Document requirements, permitted roles, file retention and customer access where included. | Authorized staff can locate the required document; restricted roles cannot access it. |
| Operations reports | Upcoming departures, unresolved tasks and cost or margin views with agreed calculations. | Reports distinguish confirmed costs from estimates and identify missing inputs. |
This is a requirements example, not a completed client case study. Confirm your own stages, required fields and exception rules.
Accounting, payment-provider and booking APIs are assessed separately. Confirm supported records, error handling, retries and reconciliation. ERP payment status does not prove bank settlement, and a booking module does not imply live flight or hotel inventory access.
Pricing and delivery dates follow a requirements review.
Use this proposed delivery sequence to agree the work, dependencies and sign-off points. Dates follow the requirements review.

A focused walkthrough can review your current process, role permissions, sample records and gaps to include in the proposal.
Use anonymized examples when discussing customer or booking records.
It supports work after booking confirmation: service tasks, supplier coordination, documents, financial status, approvals and operational reports. The included functions depend on the project scope.
A phased scope can start with booking files and tasks. Agree the identifiers and data structure needed for later supplier and financial modules.
That must be decided during discovery. Operational payment tracking and statutory accounting are different requirements. Confirm whether your accounting system stays separate and what data should be exchanged.
Timing depends on agreed workflows, modules, integrations, migration and review availability. Ask for milestones, dependencies and acceptance criteria in the proposal.
